Kitchen Renovation

A few minor changes to the kitchen's layout made it much more open and efficient.  The new floor, inset cabinets, hand-glazed tile, and soapstone countertops blend timelessly into this 1914 bungalow.

Kitchen Refresh

Before

Sometimes a fresh coat of paint is all that's needed.  Budget didn't allow for new cabinets on this project, so we painted them.  New hardware, an affordable butcher block countertop, handmade subway tile, and new appliances make this a perfect refresh!

Simplifying was the key for this project.  Accented with welcoming green, the timeless Ivory and Brown feels brighter and bigger.

Bathroom Renovation

By borrowing space from an existing closet and reorienting the toilet, we were able to add a large shower and natural light to this 1/2 bath.  The longer vanity maximizes storage in this narrow room.
